Blood Pressure

I talk to myself, it is usually cathartic, but lately it is anything but. I find myself circling around negative topics. As I try to talk out the failings of daily life I just find the whole process has an amplifying affect. Instead of calming me it just makes me more upset.
It is really not helpful for my blood pressure, which has been an increasing problem over the last couple years.
